About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Finance to join our team at Bombardier Transportation GmbH. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the consolidation, analysis, and assessment of unit costs and inventories by monitoring actual financial performance against annual budgets, five-year strategic plans, and periodic forecasts.
  • Coordinate the overall process for consolidating five-year strategic plans, annual budgets, and periodic forecast updates.
  • Build monthly governance across all platforms by working closely with production sites.
  • Establish and maintain new metrics to enable better strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure governance and monitoring of financial performance action plans.
  • Prepare financial reporting presentations and reports for the leadership team.
  • Act as the financial business partner for the Health and Safety Director and Plant Engineering Director.
  • Support ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Accounting title (CPA: CA, CMA, CGA) or in the process of obtaining it.
  • Between 5 and 9 years of experience.
  • Autonomous and resourceful with excellent team player skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of SAP an asset.
  • Bilingual.
