Job Title: Import Production Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Import Production Specialist to join our team at Laura Canada. As an Import Production Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient importation of products from external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Buying Team and Design Team to source new products and negotiate prices.
  • Coordinate the production process from product development to delivery, ensuring that all products meet company standards.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the importation process.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Import experience in textiles and garments.
  • Knowledge of measurements and specifications for garments.
  • Strong organization and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
