Job Summary

This role involves filling and packaging operations for the Arestin Production Unit based on precise instructions, adhering to good manufacturing practices, procedures, and security protocols. As a Pharmaceutical Production Specialist, you will carry out batch production, operate equipment, and package products in compliance with established procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Filling and packaging operations in accordance with procedures
  • Ensuring adherence to production steps as specified in production sheets
  • Diligent documentation during production and quality control
  • Notifying supervisors of process deviations
  • Product inspections when necessary
  • Maintenance of equipment and workstations according to GMP and HSE standards
  • Teamwork and participation in developing new working methods
  • Maintenance of technical qualifications and knowledge of current methods and procedures

Equipment and Materials

  • Verification of equipment, materials, and premises condition and conformity
  • Proper use of equipment
  • Informing supervisors of any encountered problems
  • Respecting production standards (TRS, Productivity, Yields)
  • Assembling certain equipment
  • Cleaning equipment and premises
  • Batch file and packaging document completion and transmission
  • Measures to preserve integrity of people, property, and products in case of anomalies
  • Production management system entries

GMP and HSE Standards

  • Performing work in compliance with current GMP and HSE standards, policies, and procedures
  • Applying HSE directives, procedures, and instructions daily
  • Declaring quality/HSE events to supervisors
  • Communicating problems and suggesting improvements

Requirements

  • Secondary minimum V or equivalent, DEP or DEC degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry or related field as an employee or operator
  • Technical knowledge of processes/products
  • Knowledge of production tools

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
