ILSC Toronto Testing Centre is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Exams Invigilator/Proctor to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for setting up test rooms, checking in test-takers, and administering high-stakes tests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare test rooms and equipment for exams
- Verify test-takers' personal belongings and check them in/out
- Administer and invigilate tests, ensuring confidentiality and security
- Maintain a clean and organized testing environment
- Perform other duties as required
- Experience with high-stakes testing, including IELTS and CELPIP, is an asset
- Availability on Saturdays is mandatory; weekday availability is a plus
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
