About the Role

CIMA Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Client Management: Manage client relationships, including communication, issue resolution, and project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Quality Management: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Contract Management: Manage project contracts, including tendering, awarding, and negotiation.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
