Strategic Leader for Card Products

Join National Bank as a Strategy and Innovation Leader, Card Products, and take on a challenging role that requires expertise in card product management, leadership, and innovation. As a key member of the Digital Special Projects sector, you will be part of an autonomous team of around forty specialists and will actively participate in the Bank's digital transformation.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead a large-scale digital transformation project, guiding the team to achieve the Bank's strategic objectives.
- Interpret and advise on complex issues related to the Bank's strategic directions, developing new innovative approaches related to the project.
- Stay on top of market trends, new technologies, and relevant developments, ensuring the Bank remains competitive.
- Develop innovative directions that have a lasting impact on critical issues, collaborating closely with other areas such as payment, legal & compliance, and banking products.
- Diagnose complex and non-recurring product problems, anticipating their impacts and developing solutions.
You will be part of an autonomous team of around forty specialists, working together to drive the Bank's digital transformation. Our team is known for its great complicity, spirit of mutual aid, and dynamism.

- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management and large-scale end-to-end projects, including 3 to 5 years in card products.
- Relevant experience in payment and financing, with a strong understanding of Agile processes and Confluence/JIRA tools.
- Excellent ability to influence stakeholders and propose solutions in ambiguous situations.
English and French are the primary languages used in this role, and you will need to discuss frequently with service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
