Strategic Leader for Card Products

Join National Bank as a Strategy and Innovation Leader, Card Products, and take on a challenging role that requires expertise in card product management, leadership, and innovation. As a key member of the Digital Special Projects sector, you will be part of an autonomous team of around forty specialists and will actively participate in the Bank's digital transformation.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead a large-scale digital transformation project, guiding the team to achieve the Bank's strategic objectives.
- Interpret and advise on complex issues related to the Bank's strategic directions, developing new innovative approaches related to the project.
- Stay on top of market trends, new technologies, and relevant developments, leading your field of expertise.
- Develop innovative directions that have a lasting impact on critical issues.
- Diagnose complex and non-recurring product problems, anticipating their impacts.
- Collaborate closely with other areas, such as payment, legal & compliance, and banking products, to ensure a smooth integration of initiatives and processes.
You will be part of an autonomous team of around forty specialists, known for their great complicity, spirit of mutual aid, dynamism, and sense of innovation. The Bank values continuous development and internal mobility, offering personalized training programs, language training, and coaching and mentoring support.
Requirements:- Experience in implementing a credit/debit card network in a banking/fintech context.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management and large-scale end-to-end projects, including 3 to 5 years in card products.
- Relevant experience in payment and financing.
- Ability to propose solutions and navigate ambiguity.
- Good knowledge of Agile processes and Confluence/JIRA tools.
- Excellent ability to influence stakeholders.
English, French. You will need to discuss frequently with service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
