Key Responsibilities- Study plans and specifications to ensure accurate production of custom cabinets and furniture
- Assemble and finish wood products, including trimming joints and applying veneer, stain, or polish
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Repair or restyle wooden furniture and fixtures as required
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a custom cabinet shop or related field
- Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to stand for extended periods
- Dental and health care plans
- Mentorship programs for newcomers and refugees
- Awareness training for a welcoming work environment
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
