Role Overview

The Electrical Technician will provide technical support and services for the design, development, testing, production, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems.

  • Maintain compliance with quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, drawings, procedures, and documents to determine the location of electrical equipment.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and testing of electrical and electronic components, equipment, and systems.
  • Assist in the inspection, testing, adjustment, and evaluation of electrical, electro-mechanical, and electronic components and assemblies to ensure compliance with standards and tolerances.
  • Install, operate, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment and systems.
  • Develop and integrate PLC systems.
  • Utilize computer tools efficiently.
Educational Background and Experience

A college diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology or equivalent experience in a similar position is required.

Benefits and Salary

This is a challenging role that offers a stimulating work environment. The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.

  • Possess a C License (asset).
