Reliability Management Specialist

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000 based on industry standards and location.

As a Reliability Management Specialist, you will oversee and improve the operations of the "Reliability" department. Your key responsibilities include:

• Operational Excellence: Develop and implement programs and schedules for preventive maintenance, equipment replacement, and energy conservation to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on building systems, equipment, and services, including reading technical diagrams and procedures to determine problem-solving methods.
• Leadership and Coaching: Ensure employees are working optimally, develop individual development plans, and provide coaching to improve task efficiency.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the immediate supervisor, share organizational expectations, inform team members of their objectives, and communicate procedures and guidelines.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, health, and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies.
