Overview

KPMG in Canada is seeking a talented Senior Consultant to join our Enterprise Solutions, Oracle practice. As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on Oracle Integration best practices and use various tools to integrate to and from Oracle Cloud. Your responsibilities will include facilitating client workshops, understanding their business and technology to gather, review, and document client requirements. You will analyze gaps between clients' functional requirements and system capabilities to propose technology solutions as it relates to integrations and appropriate workarounds. Additionally, you will design and implement business-led, technology-enabled transformations that drive Financial (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide guidance on Oracle Integration best practices.
  2. Use various tools to integrate to and from Oracle Cloud.
  3. Facilitate client workshops and understand their business and technology.
  4. Analyze gaps between clients' functional requirements and system capabilities.
  5. Design and implement business-led, technology-enabled transformations.
  6. Develop and deploy configurations, as well as undergo technical activities relating to data conversions, integrations, security maintenance, etc.

Requirements

  1. A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.
  2. Prior experience in working in a team, Oracle Cloud Data Conversion administration, configuration, or technical support roles is highly desirable.
  3. 1-2 years of Oracle ERP experience focused on Financials (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
  4. Prior experience technical development, administration, configuration, or technical support roles is highly desirable.
  5. Previous experience using best practices for cloud integration.
  6. Track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting project objectives.
  7. Ability to collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, developers, and project managers.
  8. Solid organizational skills with capability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
  9. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
  10. Good team player with the ability to manage conflict.
  11. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on Oracle technologies, tools, and best practices.
  12. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity of data.
  13. Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate technical concepts and provide updates.
