About the Opportunity

We are looking for a senior product manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience bringing both enterprise-grade software and industrial-grade hardware to market, comes from an automation background, or really understands the industrial automation, manufacturing, or distribution space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to product strategy, vision, and execution of our software and hardware to ensure the success of our robots.
  • Build a detailed near- and long-term product roadmap. Validate with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Translate product requirements into product deliverables and drive them to completion.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to deliver great solutions.
  • Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, championing the best-in-class material movement platform.
  • Be the expert on the competition and how to beat them.
Required Experience/Skills
  • You have been building software and/or hardware products for a while and have 5+ years' experience shipping products as a product manager.
  • You have a degree or diploma in Business or Engineering related fields.
  • You have worked with engineering teams as a product owner and have demonstrable experience leading cross-functional teams to define, execute, and iterate on projects.
  • You are adept at both verbal and visual communication and can lead teams through difficult decisions.
  • You have a demonstrable track record shipping high-quality products and can excel in product design when required.
  • You can break down strategy into tactics and tactics into metrics.
