About the Role

EVOQ Architecture is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our Toronto office. As a leader in heritage conservation and architecture, we strive to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and external consultants, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in contract administration, including site reviews, field reports, and shop drawing reviews.
  • Contribute to the firm's quality control processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and participate in business development activities.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in report and contract document production, site review, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat, with familiarity with Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building codes, building envelope, building materials, and specifications.
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Flexible working hours in a hybrid work model.
