Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including balancing cash and completing balance sheets.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
