Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
The Acquisition Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in CRM software.
