Sales Development Representative

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in building relationships with our customers, assisting with product inquiries, maintaining our customer database, and processing orders. You'll work closely with our field sales and project management teams to drive success.
What You'll Do- Act as a liaison between customers and field sales representatives, providing exceptional sales support.
- Consistently deliver high levels of customer service, making a personal impact on our customers' experiences.
- Represent Westburne as a Brand Ambassador, building brand recognition and supporting sales initiatives to enhance customer experiences.
- 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to impart knowledge, with a focus on prioritizing multiple tasks and working well under pressure.
