Stage Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stage Experience Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth through effective service delivery and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team of beauty advisors and senior artistry and skincare roles to deliver outstanding client service and drive sales growth.
- Service Delivery: Ensure seamless service delivery across all beauty, skin, and fragrance studios, including effective management of online reservation systems and staffing levels.
- Training and Development: Execute comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing team members, focusing on beauty advisor training, sales model training, and visual merchandising.
- Vendor Management: Foster strong relationships with brand representatives, ensuring effective training and coaching of cast on products and providing feedback on brand training effectiveness.
- Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to create high-performing teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
