Beauty Experience Manager

At Sephora Canada, we're passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. As a Beauty Experience Manager, you will play a key role in leading our store teams to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Development: Manage the daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring that team members are adequately trained to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Innovation and Technology: Ensure that beauty advisors are leveraging our technology innovations within services to provide an elevated in-store experience.
- Client Experience: Manage the Services online reservation system, ensuring that staffing levels are adequate to support a smooth flow of clients receiving services.
- Training and Development: Execute beauty advisors training for all new hires and existing team members, facilitating orientation and selling model training sessions.
- Visual Merchandising: Support the Operations team by ensuring all merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals are within company standards.
- Vendor Management: Ensure that all beauty advisors are properly engaging with store brands, providing feedback on brand training effectiveness when possible.
- Two to four years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
