Job Title: Supervisor of Food Services Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Food Services Operations to join our team at Wendcorp Holdings Inc. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are available
  • Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with the kitchen team, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling
