About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Restock supplies, including ingredients, cleaning materials, and paper products.
  • Assist with food preparation, including portioning, wrapping, and packaging.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
