Job Summary

A Breakfast Attendant with Home2 Suites by Hilton is responsible for ensuring a smooth breakfast operation and delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks to the highest standards during breakfast hours
  • Engage with guests and provide excellent service and experience
  • Set up according to brand standards
  • Ensure all items are consistently well stocked throughout breakfast hours
  • Maintain a fresh and fully stocked coffee station
  • Keep the lobby and work area clean and free of debris
  • Clear and sanitize tables, empty trash as needed, and mop
  • Wash used utensils, plates, cutlery, and serving equipment and return to proper storage
  • Check inventory, order when needed, and ensure food supplies are properly dated
  • Monitor and record cleaning schedules
  • Ensure communication between shifts and departments
  • Oversee and monitor meeting room and boardroom operations, including preparation and cleaning
  • Assist with banqueting needs of meeting rooms
  • Assist other departments as needed

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Computer skills necessary
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Competitive hourly rate
