Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and portioned to meet quality standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand
- Hire and train new staff members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-7 months of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
