Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Reporting: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- Work Setting: Coffee shop, fast food outlet or concession, and restaurant.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.

- Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
