Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work in a noisy environment with odours present.
