Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Disability Application Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing appropriate inventory at multiple designated customer sites by managing their inventory, providing outstanding customer service, and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels at customer sites to ensure accurate and efficient ordering
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to drive account growth and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with sales partners to expand ERIKS' offerings and improve customer experience
  • Implement scanning tools in designated customer sites to improve inventory management and accuracy
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or production in an industrial setting
  • Inventory control experience is required
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, customer service reps, and account reps in a professional manner
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in units of measure
