Job Title: Disability Application Specialist

At ERIKS North America, we are seeking a highly skilled Disability Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing appropriate inventory at multiple designated customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inventory levels and provide outstanding customer service
  • Drive account growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales partners to expand ERIKS' offerings
  • Implement scanning tools in designated customer sites, as needed
  • Spend approximately 60% of time servicing customers in the field at customer sites
  • Serve as the liaison between the Account Manager, Branch, and the customer
  • Handle technical and operational issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers, customer service reps, and account reps in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of warehousing or production experience in an industrial setting
  • Inventory control experience is required
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Background checks and drug screening may be required
