Disability Application Specialist

At ERIKS North America, we are seeking a highly skilled Disability Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing appropriate inventory at multiple designated customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inventory levels and provide outstanding customer service
- Drive account growth and identify additional product needs
- Implement scanning tools in designated customer sites, where needed
- Spend approximately 60% of time servicing customers in the field at customer sites
- Serve as the liaison between the Account Manager, Branch and the customer
- Handle different technical and operational issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with the customer, customer service reps and account reps in a professional manner, both oral and written
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of warehousing or production experience in an industrial setting
- Inventory control experience is required
- Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Background checks, drug screening may be required (as warranted by Company, Customer or DOT requirements in working on-site and operating equipment)
