Position Overview

Uline is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling daily customer inquiries and resolving past-due account balances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume of customer phone calls and emails to resolve account discrepancies and negotiate payment plans.
  • Identify and escalate high-risk accounts to management for prompt attention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably in a call center or collections role.
  • Bilingual (English/French) fluency is an asset.
