Job SummaryWe are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum for this exciting opportunity. As a Construction Superintendent with Wright Construction Western Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the construction site, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operation of construction projects, including management of subcontractors and construction site organization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate project progress to clients and project managers, providing regular updates and reports.
- Manage and coordinate the work of construction teams, including supervision of staff and subcontractors.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 10 years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Experience in reading and interpreting construction documents, including blueprints and specifications.
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards and the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
