Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Project Manager to join our team at LAY HOME REMODELING INC.

About the Job

This is a permanent, full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects on various construction sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Prepare production reports, estimate costs, and materials to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise workers, co-ordinate activities, train staff, and enforce health and safety regulations.
  • Project Coordination: Read blueprints, drawings, and schedules to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: Organized, reliable, team player, ability to read blueprints and drawings.
