Computer Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Computerized Information Systems Manager to join our team at Skycruise Tech. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of our company's information systems.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Assign and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor computer analysts, engineers, programmers, and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company regulations.
- Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in IT project management, team leadership, and policy development.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, and organizational abilities.
