Computer Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Computerized Information Systems Manager to join our team at Skycruise Tech. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of our information systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assign and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of computer analysts, engineers, programmers, and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, and provide expert advice on IT solutions.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in IT project management, systems analysis, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
