Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff in food preparation and portioning.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
