This is a unique opportunity to join the National Bank of Canada as a Strategic Product Leader, Card Products, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Product Strategy and Customer Experience. As a key member of the Digital Special Projects sector, you will be part of an autonomous team of around forty specialists, working on large-scale digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of innovative card product strategies, aligning with the Bank's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including payment, legal & compliance, and banking products, to ensure seamless integration of initiatives and processes.
- Guide large-scale digital transformation projects, interpreting and advising on complex issues related to the Bank's strategic directions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, new technologies, and relevant developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute innovative approaches to address critical issues, diagnosing complex and non-recurring product problems.
You will be part of a dynamic team that values continuous development and internal mobility. Requirements- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management and large-scale end-to-end projects, including 3 to 5 years in card products.
- Experience in the implementation of a credit/debit card network in a banking/fintech context.
- Relevant experience in payment and financing is an asset.
- Ability to propose solutions and navigate ambiguity.
- Good knowledge of Agile processes as well as Confluence/JIRA tools.
