Strategic Leader for Card Products

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Leader for Card Products to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Digital Special Projects sector, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation and shaping the future of our card products.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead large-scale digital transformation projects, guiding cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for card product management, ensuring alignment with our Bank's strategic directions.
- Lead complex projects, interpreting and advising on issues related to our strategic directions, and developing innovative approaches to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, new technologies, and relevant developments, applying this knowledge to drive business innovation and growth.
- Collaborate closely with other areas, such as payment, legal & compliance, and banking products, to ensure smooth integration of initiatives and processes.
- Diagnose complex and non-recurring product problems, anticipating their impacts and developing solutions to mitigate risks.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in product management and large-scale end-to-end projects, particularly in card products. Your expertise should include experience in implementing credit/debit card networks in a banking/fintech context, as well as Agile processes and Confluence/JIRA tools.
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity. Your passion for innovation, leadership, and collaboration will be essential in driving our digital transformation and shaping the future of our card products.
