We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Cross-Functional Customer Service Coordinator at Connect Hearing Canada.
As a key member of our retail clinic team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring seamless transactions.

Connect Hearing Canada is the largest hearing care provider in Canada, with a network of clinics across the country. We are part of the Sonova family of brands, dedicated to helping individuals overcome hearing challenges and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics for our Hearing Care Professionals
- Maintain accurate records, manage client accounts, and build strong relationships
- Collaborate with insurance companies to facilitate successful billing operations
- Assist with minor device repairs and maintenance tasks
What You'll Get:
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a starting wage of $20/hour, extended health benefits, three weeks' vacation, six days of personal time, and additional days off. Plus, eligibility for quarterly bonuses and growth opportunities.
