About the Role

Fazilah Vajid is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds, change sheets, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, launder clothing and household linens, and mend clothing and linens.
  • Support Services: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and assist with other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and honesty.
