About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Assistant to join our team at Irene Valdez. As a Household Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Household Chores: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Support Services: Assist with daily tasks, provide companionship, and support our clients with their daily needs.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and willingness to learn.
