Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Agriculture Financial Services Manager to lead our Relationship Manager – Insurance (RMI) team in the North region. This role involves coaching and developing team members, ensuring exceptional client service, and fostering strong relationships within and outside the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage, oversee, and coordinate the allocation of work and execution of activities among RMI team members.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide guidance and training to Relationship Managers Insurance, promoting a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain formal and informal networks inside and outside the organization, utilizing expertise to drive business objectives.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience or a University Degree with 6 years of relevant experience. An agricultural background is preferred, and private insurance experience is beneficial. You will be responsible for overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives, using comprehensive knowledge and skills to guide others in managing client accounts effectively.
