We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Consultant to join our team at Co-operators. As an Actuarial Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations by providing actuarial expertise and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide actuarial support to various business units, including pricing, reserving, and capital management.
- Develop and maintain actuarial models and tools to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, and provide guidance on their impact on our business.
- Strong actuarial background, with a focus on pricing and reserving.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English is required, French is an asset.
