About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Fish Grader Specialist to join our team at FRUITS DE MER MADELEINE INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sampling and Inspection: Take samples of products at various stages of processing and examine ingredients or finished products to ensure conformance to company standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct routine tests for product specifications and ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.
  • Work Environment: Work in a cold/refrigerated environment with potential exposure to odours and wet/damp conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, and the ability to work in a seasonal capacity is necessary.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French is required, and the ability to work 30 to 70 hours per week is necessary.
