Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Fish Grader to join our team at FRUITS DE MER MADELEINE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by examining ingredients and finished products, conducting routine tests, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take samples of products at various stages of processing and examine them to ensure conformance to company standards.
  • Conduct routine tests for product specifications and ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to our hygiene and sanitation policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a cold, wet, and damp environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Standing for extended periods is a requirement of this position.
  • Work Term: Seasonal.
  • Work Language: English or French.
  • Hours: 30 to 70 hours per week.
