As a Corporate Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in sustaining and improving complex accounting and reporting functions, supporting the Corporate Reporting team's activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate accounting and reporting activities to ensure rapid and accurate execution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide information and require output
- Perform journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare external financial disclosures
- Prepare financial analysis on monthly and quarterly data
- Assess and research implications of significant financial transactions
- Identify and analyze inconsistencies and recommend adjustments
- Identify and analyze process improvements and implement solutions
- Ensure financial reporting compliance with US GAAP, tax, or securities regulation as applicable and SOX
- Address and respond to queries from auditors and internal reviewers
- CPA designation
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP requirements, desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to set and meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
