Responsabilités

En tant que Analyste Financier, tu jouerai un rôle crucial dans l'analyse des opérations financières et la supervision des flux de trésorerie, en garantissant une gestion optimale des liquidités et en fournissant des analyses déterminantes pour le processus décisionnel.

Voici quelques-unes de tes responsabilités clés :

  • Modélisation financière : Effectuer des modélisations financières et des analyses de données pour produire des prévisions et des recommandations qui soutiendront les décisions financières et la planification.
  • Gestion des programmes de financement : Collaborer avec divers départements pour gérer les programmes de financement, ainsi que les aspects liés à la dette, aux investissements, aux lettres de crédit et aux garanties.
  • Évaluation des risques : Réaliser des évaluations pour les opérations de couverture des risques de change et de taux d'intérêt, et analyser les instruments financiers pour atténuer les risques.
  • Gestion des comptes bancaires : Travailler avec les institutions financières et les équipes internes pour gérer l'ouverture, la fermeture et la gestion quotidienne des comptes bancaires.
  • Modélisation de prévision de trésorerie : Développer des modèles de prévision de trésorerie et garantir le respect des pratiques de gouvernance en matière de trésorerie.
  • Soutien opérationnel : Fournir un soutien opérationnel et être le point de contact pour les questions relatives à la trésorerie au sein de l'équipe.
  • Coordination avec les équipes : Agir comme premier point de contact pour les demandes de trésorerie venant des équipes de Performance Financière, Suivi des Investissements, Prévisions Financières, et autres départements ; aider les Comptes à payer avec les règlements et les paiements, ainsi que les équipes comptables avec les processus de fin de mois.
Qualifications

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, tu devras posséder les qualifications suivantes :

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en Finance, Comptabilité, Administration des affaires ou un domaine pertinent.
  • Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de trésorerie ou en finance d'entreprise, avec une maîtrise avancée d'Excel (incluant Power Query et Power Pivot) et une connaissance des systèmes ERP (SAP est un atout).
  • Compétences : Esprit analytique, sens de l'organisation, autonomie, capacité à résoudre des problèmes et curiosité intellectuelle.
