Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team at Road Rex Trucking Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Communication: Communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations to coordinate activities and ensure seamless logistics.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including delivering requested wake-up calls and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32-40 hours per week.
