At Road Rex Trucking Inc., we are seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a Truck Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Dispatching: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Communication: Communicate with vehicle operators, customers, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking rules and regulations.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
