We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team at BHATHAL TRUCKLINE CORPORATION.
Job Summary:The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks, and maintaining records of shipments and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
- Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
- Monitor personnel workloads and locations
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- Assist with maintenance of communications equipment
- Process and transmit information to coordinate activities
- Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
- Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of transportation management software
Please note that this is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
