  • Examine fabric or products for conformity to quality standards.
  • Grade products based on their quality.
  • Inspect and grade hides, pelts or leather for defects.
  • Mark defects on the products.
  • Record information on products inspected or graded.
  • Repair minor defects on the products.
  • Sort products by style, colour, size, length or other criteria.
  • Trim excess material, remove spots and lint from the products.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to distinguish between colours.
  • Attention to detail.
