Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a skilled Graduate Geotechnician to support our engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in support of engineering office and field staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct testing and assessment of construction materials, including soil, rock, concrete, grout, asphalt, and geotextiles.
- Attend projects experiencing problematic ground conditions, perform measurements, and record observations.
- Collaborate with project engineering staff to determine cost-effective solutions.
- Collect and analyze data, and prepare documents as required.
- Assist with environmental sampling and other field scopes of work.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil or Geological Engineering Technology with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering.
- Availability to travel.
