About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Radha Business Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.

Working Conditions: This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
